This day will not be a bust.  The plan is as follows:
Coffee with cream (2 g carbs)
Smoothie (18 g carbs)
Cheddar cheese and almonds (snack) (8 g carbs)
Eggs and bacon (0 g carbs)

That should do it.

Also, day 7 of antibiotics for a double ear infection.
