This day will not be a bust.  The plan is as follows:
Coffee with cream (2 g carbs)
Smoothie (18 g carbs)
Cheddar cheese and almonds (snack) (8 g carbs)
Eggs and bacon (0 g carbs)

That should do it.

Also, day 7 of antibiotics for a double ear infection.

February 11

The day was a bust.  I had a craving for those heart-shaped Bo-Berry biscuits from BoJangles.  I got an order (2).  Didn't even bother looking up the carbs.  I had to take my older boy to the doctor which threw off the whole day.  It ended with a cheesestake and onion rings.  See?  A bust.  But, alas, tomorrow is a new day!

Overall, it was a good day.  Carbs stayed in the range I like them.  Need to drink more water before I go to bed.

Had chicken thighs and peppers and onions sauteed and cheddar cheese.

Coffee with half and half, almonds, string cheese, dar chocolate

Pork loin, green beans, salsa, and water
Carbs = 13

Carbs = 18.25

Coffee with 1 T of half and half. Times 2 today.
Carbs = 2

Starts Today....

Buckling down. Using this for accountability. Praying it helps. Posting photos of meals. Counting carbs. Quite frankly, I feel better on low carbs. So, feel better I shall.

Starting weight...158.5.
